ORDER OF OMEGA

Order of Omega is a national Greek Honor Society that recognize the top 3% of fraternity and sorority members for their outstanding scholarship, leadership, service, and character. The organization celebrates students who have made meaningful contributions to the Greek community while encouraging continued leadership, collaboration, and service among students, alumni, and faculty.

Zeta Tau Alpha takes pride in its several sisters that are involved in this organization, upholding our key values of lifelong learning, leadership, and seeking understanding that we might gain true wisdom. ZTA’s newly initiated members from Fall 2025 are shown below.

DANCE MARATHON

The University of Iowa Dance Marathon is a student organization that provides year-round support to youth cancer patients and their families at the Stead Family Children's Hospital right here on campus. The Big Event is a 24-hour Dance Marathon where students come together to celebrate the children survivors and honor the children who are forever dancing in our hearts. Two of active members are involved in director positions with Dance Marathon this year. Emily Pavlik (PC '23) serves as the Creative Director and Claudia Witte (PC '23) serves as the Campus Relations Director.
